Pros

Most co-workers easy to get along with

Cons

-Lots of micromanagement coming from all directions -management is a bunch of friends hiring friends for what only seems like a "get rich quick scheme" -admin asks for advice for improvement but doens't listen to employees. -will push your start date back for months -will change your pay at the drop of a hat, then act confused when you confront management about it. They will tell you its only temporary, which will last over a year, then act confused again when you play them a voice recording of them saying "this is only temporary" - will change your job description without telling you, so if they ask you to do something outside your job description ask for a copy of the original / most current job description -will take insurance premiums out of your pay but will not pay insurance company, insurance company will cancel your insurance without notifying you, HR will also not notify you your insurance has been canceled then will either A: ignore all emails regarding insurance, or B: act confused when they do respond - will wait 1 week before deadline to file taxes to release W2, tries to blame issue on ADP and will do the very least (on a good day) to update you on why the W2 hasn't been received. -if you question anything regarding missing pay or why insurance premiums havent been paid, you will be met with unanswered and ignored emails, phone calls, and texts. -HR department is absolutely useless -BBB shows A+ rating but is not BBB Accredited, reviews are from employees and friends, same with google reviews, employees giving 5 star reviews to boost business rating - overall a very unprofessional company that will end up owing you money in the long run in hopes that you dont catch on. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND APPLY ELSEWHERE. THEY WILL LURE YOU IN WITH COMPETITIVE PAY BUT THE PAY WILL CHANGE WITHIN A MONTH. If you already work here or are about to start working, here's some advice: 1. record EVERY conversation with management 2. make weekly /bi-weekly calls to your insurance provider to make sure you have insurance 3. save every email thread, even if they arent responding to your emails, save and print them 4. know your job duties and do not let them take advantage of you, because they will try every chance they get I dont think they will be around for much longer, lots of investigations looming in the future for them, and each one is well deserved
