Chock full of great AND smart individuals who don't spend their time trudging around and actually get work done Guaranteed pipeline of work in comparison to other companies in the same space Management supportive of finding solutions quickly to problems rather than umm and arr. They are accessible as well Team regularly gets together during the week, especially on a Friday arvo for drinks Great loyalty perks - stick around and you can access discounts to house & land packages. They'll also provide advice on building out your investment portfolio
Cons
Minor one...the office needs a tiny bit of improvement in how it is organised (but this is already in the works)

Great work culture that encourages growth Fun working Environment Flexibility Great pay Company Structure that uplifts and and Management that are accessible and always willing to go above and beyond for their staff. Staff Events Plenty of Perks that assist out side of work life.
Cons
Honestly I have no cons with working with Resimax Group They are a absolute leader in the property industry and could not see myself working for anyone else in the industry
