This place is run by absolute poor management — a bunch of clueless, inexperienced people who have no business being in charge. It's full of double standards, blatant favoritism, and cliques that make everyone else feel like outsiders. On top of that, they keep changing everything constantly for no reason, dish out nothing but negative feedback, and micromanage of everybody like we’re incompetent children.
