Pros

Resly is genuinely one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The culture is outstanding and there’s a real sense of mutual respect and shared purpose across the team. People genuinely care about one another, and there’s a strong feeling of pride in what we’re building together. The product itself is second to none. Resly has an excellent reputation in the industry and you feel that every day through the way clients speak about the platform and the trust they place in us. Our clients are genuinely happy to work with us because we care deeply about our product, our partnerships, and doing things the right way, not just selling technology. Internally, the team works really well together. There’s a strong alignment around values, a willingness to collaborate, and a shared commitment to excellence. Leadership is always approachable and invested, and there’s a clear focus on innovation and continuous improvement. If you’re a hard worker who enjoys working with agile, innovative technology and wants to be part of a company that genuinely lives its values, Resly is an amazing place to work. It’s a business that cares about its people, its clients, and the future of the industry.

Cons

It’s a great environment for driven people, but not ideal if you’re looking for a slow or highly structured workplace. Because the product is sophisticated and industry-leading, there can be a learning curve at the beginning, particularly for those new to the PMS or hospitality tech space

Pros

Resly is in a really exciting high growth stage, which means there’s heaps of opportunity to learn and grow. Because it’s founder led, the business is super agile! Ideas move quickly and people genuinely listen to everybody's ideas. It doesn’t matter what your role is, your input is valued. The team is very collaborative and full of friendly, smart people who actually care about what they’re building. There’s a strong focus on customers and the overall user experience and it’s clear that people here are invested in doing things well. It’s a supportive environment where you’re encouraged to share ideas and learn from others.

Cons

The fast growth and agile way of working means priorities can shift and things move quickly. It’s a great environment if you enjoy momentum, but it may feel fast paced for those who prefer more established processes
