Pros

When they hospital opened the vision was one that focused on the community and patients. The teamwork was excellent from the CEO down to every employee. Since then things have changed they have a new CEO and all the leadership has changed the focus is no longer on the patient.

Cons

This hospital has become focused on the bottom dollar and no longer values experienced hard-working healthcare professionals. The human resources department is corrupt and they do not care about the employees.

You get plenty of hours

They will work you like a dog if you're a radiology tech....Full weekends on-call by yourself 24 hrs a day with no breaks. The director is not able to discuss how this is not healthy for you or your patients. This was an awful job, and I'm thankful I'm still alive and did not crash on the highway driving home half asleep after these ridiculous 60 hour weekends.

“Eat your young” type of catty work life. I would have to vomit before each shift because I was bullied so badly and leadership never did anything about it.
