Independence and autonomy. I really enjoy working here and find the work to be extremely interesting.

Cons

Not enough opportunities to get to know one another in the office or across different offices or different teams

- Convenient location off of South Station (red line) - Diverse team - Great experience post grad

Cons

- Most people work remote so if your position is onsite then it will get lonely/eerily quiet FAST - Management wasn't always physically present - Position's expectations/responsibilities was constantly changing
