There are no positive aspects.

Cons

Even though they say they have culture, it’s negative. About 5 people at the top are imposters, no idea what they are doing. Pay sucks, benefits lack considerably. Don’t be fooled, it’s a straight up collection agency. Managers have CEO fooled, he’s clueless and they are unethical. Unprofessional the way management talks behind the backs of everyone in the building. Manager cliques that run wild and CEO lacks the skills to call them out.

The people are family oriented. No drama.

Cons

Everything... The owner of the company will change all of the bonus structures to ensure NO ONE hits budget. They work you like slaves and never pay you. The hours are horrible, the pay is horrible and management is horrible. Especially in the NC office. Absolutely horrible.

It's hard to think of one other than working at a desk and being able to personalize your work space.

Cons

Very micro managed by managers that don't respect employees. A lot of explicit language is used even by management. Rules are not the same for everyone like they should be. Your seat can get changed very often with no warning.

We certainly do not condone inappropriate language or behavior by our managers. Additional training on this subject has been added to our management training program.
