•horrible management •unfit to run business •no care for workers You know that guy that just gets handed things but doesn’t know what to do yea that’s this company. •ridiculous routes •always on vacation leaving people to do what they want •most importantly they will let you go like a fly no matter how long you’ve been there and devoted yourself

This is a small family owned business so you will get to meet everyone eventually. This can also be a con however.

Cons

Very toxic work environment overall. Everyone was always angry or seemed miserable with their job. Everyday my coworkers would complain or bad talk the management. I have overheard management make racial remarks about some of their customers. Their are much more negative remarks however they are too much for this review. Poor leadership contributed mostly to the high turnover rate and poor worker morale overall. Once hired, there is no room to grow within the company as this is a small family owned business. The owner's family is in charge and that will likely never change.
