Pros

The team that I worked directly with was amazing. My manager was amazing in both roles that I had.

Cons

If one of the Directors doesn't like you it is a living hell to work there. They all talk behind your back, nit-pick everything you do, and overall are a terrible group of people. The President, a woman, doesn't even care when sexual harrassment cases are filed.

Pros

Meeting some great coworkers & customers Some flexibility in schedule Gives you the experience you need to advance within another company

Cons

Lack of support by supervisors Favoritism to some employees Work is not equally divided between employees Dress code needs to be updated Paying us to sit around on weekends and do nothing because they won’t adjust the hours of the branches Supervisors treat you as if you are below them instead of treating with dignity & respect

Pros

Resource Bank has a great small town feel. It is nice to work for a company that is such a staple of the community when all the other banks are from out of state or county. Generous yearly bonus. Very stable business model.

Cons

Lack of diversity (not representative of community). Very high turnover in Teller staff. Compared to other local banks, they do not pay tellers very well. Very outdated dress code, including very restrictive for women. I, a male, was told to remove my earrings or be fired. Very conservative and did not feel comfortable as a member of LGBT community.
