Pros

The leadership team honestly cares about staff and staff's opinion. It is common for the owner/CEO to call newer hires and ask their opinion and first impressions - they care about staff from day one. The top management in Ops and HR has a vested interest in the growth and development of the company and staff. Promotions are often from within and there is plenty of room to move up if you're focused and do good work. Working from home full time makes for a healthier and better work/life balance. The benefits are great and there are no PTO blackout windows.

Pros

Absolutely wonderful company to work for. They have a real concern about how happy their employees are. Resource Energy tries to create a happy, healthy work culture for their employees. I feel that RE makes their employees feel valued and respected.
