I have had the pleasure of working at Resource Residential for the past year. What I thought was "just another job" turned out to be the biggest life changing experience I have ever had! I instantly fell in love with the core values and high standards of expectations that Resource has. Working for such a positive energetic company has made such a huge impact on my life. I did not realize that I would be welcomed with such open arms and be given the opportunity to achieve so much. Being a part of Resource has made me feel like I finally found my purpose. I never wake up dreading work, as soon as my feet hit the floor I am ecstatic to start my day. I take so much pride in the company I am a part of. Resource is not an employer or a paycheck it is a family. My home away from home.

Cons

The work is so meaningful, I tend to never want to go home!

The president of the company and all senior leadership inspire me to be better and to grow every day--we have strong Guiding Principles and a strong culture which honors employee engagement and integrity, It is challenging and fast paced--promotion is based on performance--I love it.

Cons

Because it is very demanding, sometimes work-life balance can be a challenge.
