      Good work-life balance but lacks collaboration across departments

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Excellent ethos. Good growth and opportunities for advancement. Nice colleagues. Meaningful work.

      Cons

      All departments operate like islands. Lack of collaborative work. Depending on role lack of managerial support and coaching, unless emergency can be hard to get management attention. Some departments have an unequal amount of attention or say. Understaffed at times

      Pros

      Great support from Manager in Suaimhneas. She was instrumental in guiding me in my career progression. Great team, so supportive of each other! Respond gives great Christmas bonuses and lots of learning opportunities. Fantastic place to work, would definitely recommend to anyone in social care space.

      Cons

      The work can be emotionally challenging, but supervision and team support gets you through.

      Horrendous lack of communication from certain sections. Policies not enforced - lip service Salaries not universal, no equality in pay for each role.
