Pros

The company often runs funded socials/lunches. There are some very nice people in the company, particularly in the international teams!

Cons

High staff turnover: If you are looking for job security then this is not the place for you! Most employees don't last beyond a year and people are regularly let go without explanation. Unclear direction: Strategy can change significantly without much notice which often causes the business to spin in circles rather than move forward. If you need clear goals and decisions, this is not the place for you. Shifting roles: The hiring process is loosely defined and you will join without a clear picture of what your day-to-day will look like. It's not uncommon to end up on a different team or project to what you initially intended. Business Knowledge Gaps: Due to high turnover, business knowledge is thin across the business. Strategic decisions tend to be made by a small group that lack full visibility into the complexity of each business function.

Pros

None, do not work here, and please think twice about using their services.

Cons

Poorly managed company, many of the participants are fraudulent, and misrepresent themselves, however, management lets them go through the screeners to increase sales.

Pros

I absolutely love working at Respondent! The product/service solves a real problem for our customers. This is obvious in the excitement I hear back from prospects on initial calls and on the calls following the execution of a project. Prospects are able to see the value of what we do very quickly and the platform itself is also super simple and easy to onboard. Respondent also has a great culture of hard work in a flexible environment. Keep in mind, that this is a start-up, so expect to put in more than regular hours, but you can also expect to have an input into your role and what you need to be successful. A great opportunity to learn and have the chance to grow your career. I would not want to be working anywhere else!

Cons

This is an early start-up, so there are many things that are still being figured out. If you don't like change and uncertainty, Respondent is likely not for you.
