The COO pushes to do better for the employees.

Cons

Certain PM's are not good at their job, which makes it hard for us in the field. Some of the foreman can be difficult to work for.

The Project Managers are good and will help you through out.

Too much of micromanagement in the company. Very long hours and still they keep coumting.

Absolutely Nothing. It'll pay your bills while you look for another job.

Cons

If you work in the office, cameras will watch everything you do and your screen all day. Every time you walk to the bathroom, itll be recorded. Every email you sent out will be checked by the boss (he has a master account). Mico Managing to the extreme. Low salary, long hours. Terrible Benefits
