      Pretty much everything else. Bad Management. Good ole boy in the middle management. Rampant aggression and mismanagement.

      Easy interview. Easy acquisition of employment.

      Cons

      Difficult to get honesty from managers. Difficult to receive correct pay. Ongoing requests to do things to help promote the company without compensation. The known concept of management feeling they accomplished something when employees leave and then come back due to a lack of opportunities in this area. NO promotions available.
