Pros

Fair pay great financial benefits ( discounts vouchers) Performance based rewards and incentives personal development encouraged and partially funded great inclusivity great professional training and development continuously monday to friday encouraged to be yourself great support for wellbeing coaching and support to improve performance

Cons

targets can sometimes not reflect individual role/responsibility and workload. dealing with confrontational members of the public occasionally mentally intensive and draining dealing with complex issues and requirements for up to 60 people lots of policy and procedure that can often slow down work or support to participants

Pros

I've been with the company for nearly 18 months and during that time I've seen a title increase based on performance and have been funded to do a qualification as part of my professional development. I've also been given funding to encourage activities outside of work as one of the company benefits. I'm currently utilising the employee assistance program for my wellbeing following some family issues. The teams I work with and my manager couldn't be more supportive and I always have opportunities to grow and develop,

Cons

The company have a decent set of employment policies in line with many private sector roles so not really a con, it would be lovely though if sick leave etc. mirrored our DWP partners but that would be an ambitious ask!
