Pros

Flexible hours in the offseason. Dedicated employees that are truly dedicated to improving their community. Great benefits - cheap health care, good 401k match, tuition reimbursment

Cons

Long hours during peak season. A lot of uncertainty among senior leadership in regards of delegation of responsibilities. Possessiveness at leadership level with their programs. Poor work-life balance during peak season

Great place for seasonal employment

Pros

I was a full time seasonal employee for 5 years. Fantastic place for high school and college students to get work experience. Moved up the ladder fast and pay was unbeatable for the work I enjoyed doing.

Cons

Sometimes there was a lot of red tape to get through and "things have always been done this way so we will keep doing them as such"
