Pros

There are no pros, if you want to join Bigg Boss someday, it might greatly help you.

Cons

->The company is a startup with many cons, and even if you are offered a high salary of 1cr, it's not worth joining. ->The tech department hired 15 interns, out of which only 2 were really smart and decided not to join. ->The tech team is overstaffed, and they are hired beyond their capacity through placements. ->The company offered an intern + PPO offer, but they did not mention that they would fire interns during the training period. ->The training period is inadequate, with no guidance or knowledge provided. They use outdated technology, which will not make you a good software developer or problem solver. ->The company has no organization or hierarchy, and the HR team lies about leave policies and salary deduction policies. ->The mentors are biased; if they like someone, they will pass them even if their code quality is not up to par. ->The company fired 7 developers out of 13 for code quality issues, but they could have fired more. ->The team and people are egoistic, and the company deducts salaries for every leave, regardless of the reason. ->You do not recommend joining this company, even if you have no other job offers. They will mentally and emotionally drain you with fake promises. -> It's just total Partiality and Favourism and just being in good books culture, that's it. -> It's a software company but they don't even have UI/UX designers and proper resources. -> In the end, it's all about your relationship with the mentor during the training because ultimately He or She has the authority to keep you or not and They would of course lie about it.

Pros

None... This company is a complete cheat

Cons

All comments are valid in the previous review HELL. They hire employees for 3-6 months, make them slog to generate leads. Terminate them under the pretext of non-performance. Take their leads to generate business. Do not pay salary on time and do not give final settlement. No customer service as well to existing customers!

I can see you are disgruntled. Your frustration is evident too, maybe because of non-performance as you said, but let me tell you something, Blaming it on the company will not help your cause. Not sure if we are best company to work for but i am very sure we are NOT the HELL you described. In case we parted ways with you because of your non-performance and lack or results and that made you angry enough, Please accept my sympathies for the outcome but i can assure you that as a company we cannot continue with anyone who doesn't contribute to its growth as well as survival. Firing people can never be a PLAN for any company leave alone us. While i may want to advice you to not stoop down to mud slinging this way, still in case there is something i can help you with or any feedback from your side which can help us deal with our future teammates better, do write to at ashish@posist.com . You can write anonymous the way this review is written, i won't mind. Wish you all the best.

Worst Environment

Pros

No Pros at all , the CEO and Director of technology are the worst person in this company.

Cons

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at a company that severely lacks work culture and professionalism. The director of the company, Ranjit Sinha, displayed abusive behavior towards employees, creating a hostile work environment. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of a healthy and productive workplace. One of the major issues I encountered while working at this company was the extremely delayed code review process. It was frustrating to see that code reviews were not given priority, leading to unnecessary delays in project completion. This lack of timely feedback affected the overall productivity of the team and hindered progress. Moreover, there was a pervasive atmosphere of misconversation within the company. Important discussions and decisions often resulted in misunderstandings due to poor communication and a lack of clarity. This not only wasted valuable time but also created unnecessary conflicts among team members. Another concerning aspect of the company was the director's tendency to conveniently forget important information. This forgetfulness often resulted in misplaced blame being directed towards employees who were not at fault. It created an environment of mistrust and frustration, making it difficult for employees to work efficiently. In addition to the issues with the director, the CEO of the company, Ashish Tulsian, displayed a short temper and an excessive amount of pride. This kind of behavior from top-level management sets a negative tone for the entire organization and can contribute to low employee morale. A leader should strive to create a positive and supportive work environment, rather than fostering an atmosphere of fear and arrogance. Overall, my experience at this company was highly disappointing. The lack of work culture, abusive behavior from the director, delayed code reviews, misconversation, and the short-tempered and proud nature of the CEO all contributed to a toxic work environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and productive workplace.
