From time to time might require to work lots of hours as it remains a consulting company. Like any other it is oriented client first

Pros
Generally speaking, Consultants at Resultance are nice and smart people with very good team working skills. Training is very much on-field assignments so it might be rough some times, but you have the opportunity to learn fast.
Cons
As with many small Consulting firms, project staffing is often a last minute matter. So you are expected to be (very) flexible. Project teams are usually quite small (2-5 people) so you'd better go along easily with everybody and be easy to get along with.
