Pros

1) They're super open about how decisions are made, even rookies can have a say in company stuff! 2) Pay bumps here are definitely above the norm, which is a nice surprise. 3) Office perks are top- free snacks, gym perks, cellphone subsidies, and we're doing team bonding stuff every single month! Plus, brekkie on Mondays and drinks on Wednesdays, can't beat that. 4) Rarely any overtime, unless those meetings run long. 5) Most of us can WFH five days a week, except for the designers - who knows why, right? 6) Once you've got their trust, they're cool with you working remotely from anywhere. 7) Literally next door to the subway exit, can't get more convenient than that. 8) Seriously, the folks here are awesome. And the company is not just talking about diversity, they're living it. Great vibes all around!

Cons

1. The workday is pretty long which can make it tough to balance work and personal time. 2. They follow taiwans anti employee policy about working Saturdays makeup days, even though it’s not really mandatory for companies. (In a nutshell, you're putting in six days a week, getting just one day off, and then back to five days of work.) 3. Moving up the ladder here can be a bit tricky, often depends on folks moving on. 4. Work tends to follow a bit of a Groundhog Day routine - publish, optimize, rinse, repeat. 5. The manager’s a cool person in person, but could ease up a bit on the aggressiveness in dm chats. 6. Most of the team’s got some serious talent, though there have been a few people who were shown the door without much warning. Keeps us on our toes!
