      Great growing startup with sustainable product!

      Pros

      The product brings good to the planet! An awesome feeling to help someone. Other pros are quite usual for the growing startup. It has quite flexibility, family atmosphere and fun. Your work affects the product a lot, but you also have to do a lot of stuff by yourself. It doesn't have as big bureaucracy as corporations do.

      Cons

      Lacks documentation sometimes, not the best office (even though location is great), not much corporation bonuses. I wouldn't consider these as cons actually, because it's absolutely normal for a company which consist of 30 people

      Pros

      Positive working environment. Resync feels like a family - Amazing team members who work well together and can also have a good time together. The team celebrates big and little wins as well, and keeps one another motivated in our work. No micro-management, team is geared to work together and align themselves to achieve both individual and company goals. The founders are professional yet understanding, approachable and flexible. Resync is working on a lot of exciting projects that enables me to contribute in my own way in the field of sustainability and going green. I'm granted a good level of autonomy in my work, and feel that it goes appreciated in the team. A good space to execute the knowledge I've accumulated and to learn something new at the same time.

      Cons

      Not able to have face-to-face sessions with remote team members who are based outside of Singapore.

      Cons

      I have interned a lot of places and now worked for 3+ years. I would say Resync technologies is not a place you want to work Their CTO and CEO team does not understand the technology they are using. There was once a joke that their CTO thought AI did literally what it meant, Artificial intelligence and mimic a machine brain! On top of it they do not delve into concepts but rather depend on their tech teams to have the answer. I spent days trying to make them understand the difference between a regression and accuracy metrics, and they still confused the two.
