Pros

Most of the employees are great people in a bad situation. Really enjoyed working with many of my former coworkers.

Cons

Frequent mis-management lead to high turn over, unsatisfied customers and disgruntled employees.

Pros

Fellow employees are nice and good to work with.

Cons

No formal training. It is up to the employee to find others who are willing to teach them what they don't know. The suggestion from management; take the user manuals home and read them AFTER HOURS. Long hours with no work life balance. You will be expected to work all night doing an installation/upgrade then get up and be in your office by 8. You are paid for after hours calls at a reduced rate. There is no pay for actually being on call. Even if you are not on call you will receive frequent calls from other employees. It doesn't matter where you are, on your honeymoon at a funeral? Sorry for your luck, but we don't know how to fix this so you need to help. If you don't answer your phone on your weekend off, expect angry calls from management asking why? There is no formal review process. You will not only never get a raise, you won't get feedback about your performance. The site manager is paid based on their profit. They are strongly incentivized to pay people as little as possible while requiring them to work as many hours as they can get. As someone else pointed out you get 5 days vacation for the first 2 years. After two years they PRORATE your year 3 vacation. Depending on what month you start you could get less than 2 weeks off over 3 years. Of course, even on vacation, you will still be expected to answer your phone.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

They pay very little compared to standards in the industry. Raises are a joke with a 3% cap. Insurance is the worst I have ever seen, overpriced at nearly 20% of average monthly pay and never pays for anything. You will never be promoted to a reasonable position. There is one guy there who does everything but the managers refuse to promote him, it lets all the newer staff know how the company really feels about their employees. Most people figure out within the first couple of months that its a dead end and leave but many get trapped in a micromanaged hell all overseen by a venomous snake of a woman who pretends to "care" about her staff but takes every opportunity to break them down but has never given any accolade or approval to a employee who has excelled. There are no bonuses and the company is shady, greedy and I cannot see why they are still in business or how they will remain. The staff suffers so does the produce so the customers are leaving.
