Pros

Leadership really cares about the employees. They are always looking for ways to make our jobs easier. They also care about us as human beings. The office has a pretty relaxed atmosphere. Leadership is very involved in the day-to-day. They are all willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed.

Cons

Since this is a small business, we have limited man power. Sometimes it gets very busy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind words. We’re happy to hear that you’ve felt supported by the leadership team and that the office environment has been a positive one for you. As a smaller company, we work closely together, and it’s important to us that employees feel valued both professionally and personally. We agree that balancing staffing levels with business needs is an area where we can continue to improve, as we don’t always get it right. We are incredibly grateful to you and the other members of our team who step in and support one another during those busy periods. Thank you for being part of Retail Imaging and for sharing your experience.

Pros

I have worked for major corporations up until this point. There is nothing like working for a smaller, independently owned business. The value and respect for employees is like nothing I've seen.

Cons

Pay is a little on the low side. It's not horrible, but similar jobs can be found for higher pay.

Thank you for the kind words and for being part of Retail Imaging for more than 10 years. It means a lot to hear that our culture and the way we treat our employees has stood out compared to your experiences elsewhere. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding compensation. We recognize that there are similar roles in the market that offer higher pay, and feedback like yours is an important reminder of the areas where we can do better. Thank you again for your years of dedication and for taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

Good work/life balance. Management will usually work with you to get the schedule you need, or days off. New management for the last year or so, a lot of big changes have been made. Co-workers are pleasant and fun and always helpful and supportive. Plenty of friendly rivals if you're into fantasy sports! Nice work stations (sit/stand desks, dual monitors, a variety of chairs, ergonomics, wireless headsets, etc). You'll learn a lot things here you wouldn't learn in a normal tech support environment. Plenty of room for advancement. Business keeps growing.

Cons

Big learning curve at first that can be intimidating, but lots of support and documentation.
