Possibly too flexible. I was used to working somewhere where standard tools are the norm. A bit overwhelming when I started to work out what software to use for what purpose.

Very friendly staff and work environment. Good work life balance and casual attire to work.

Cons

Not a large focus on individual growth, work is quite monotonous and not a lot of data to work with. No clear vision.
