Low pay with LOTS of expectations combined with nickel and dime'ing of untrained work

Cons
Online video training with one zoom training to recap the online training. It is completely insufficient to prepare a person for the tasks expected to complete. When you work in a Target store, the RMS leadership expects you to rely on the Target team members to show you and train you on the store layout, and procedures. The task is assigned a rate - if you finish before the time, you get paid in full. If you do not finish and need additional time to finish the service it's on you. Working this low paying job is like being in the Hunger Games to complete a work game to get paid. Just know, your paycheck will die before you complete the task.
