cons and only cons. that's all that's there in this company - (FYI this company now runs by the name 'Kirana Club' in HSR Bangalore) 1. no vision of founders. It's like a toxic family where the husband-wife duo has no idea how to handle their child and just keep scolding them 2. excessive micromanagement by the founder and his wife 3. extremely long and unnecessary working hours, i have stayed in the office till 12 am or more on some days 4. no employee or leadership has idea on what the startup's focus actually is 5. no curse word is enough for that so called founder anshul gupta. he is a plain scammer 6. work even on weekend 7. no personal space 8. Nitpicking on everything and petty thinking the list is never ending. heartily advice,don't ever join here

Hours can be too flexible and inconvenient but only sometimes. It is also understandable for a new startup but trying out new things and discarding them midway.
