Pros

Ceo, Hr's, and Team Leader Abhishek. They are the only ones from whom I got motivated, even though everyone is toxic.

Cons

Lack of Professionalism in Office none of the employees have formals and none of them actually wear they id card, except 2 girls, one of them are fired recently. Everyone is very toxic towards new candidates; they even threaten you to never disclose their deeds to HR. Most of them watch YouTube videos, play games, especially seniors who work in charter. The Charter team claims to always be busy, but in reality, they don't want you to disturb them while playing mobile games and taking naps here and then. Sure, they have work and call meetings, but they are not busy the entire time; they are the ones who are free compared to all the other members in the office.

Pros

Team leads were supportive regarding work.

Cons

Work Environment: I have observed a significant lack of professionalism and proper conduct from some members of the staff, which has negatively impacted the overall work environment. The general demeanor and behavior exhibited by some staff members do not align with the company's values and standards. Administrative Issues: The behavior of the current administration, particularly [Admin's Name], has been extremely disappointing. His actions and interactions with employees suggest a lack of proper training and respect. It is concerning that someone in a position of authority behaves in such a manner, creating a toxic atmosphere on the floor. Director’s Conduct: My experience with Director Murthy has been equally troubling. His management style and interactions with employees are unprofessional and have contributed significantly to a hostile work environment. His actions do not reflect the leadership qualities expected from someone in his position. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial for improving the workplace environment and ensuring that all employees can work in a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
