Pros
Great colleagues, honestly 95% of the people there are great. IT, Support, QA, Marketing, Dev are incredible and hard working people it was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Cons
Be prepared to be belittled by management, they juggle so much on their plate that they will order you to do one thing one day, the next day question why on earth you did it.. customer success isn't customer success at RSI its data entry.. a lot and a lot of data entry. No room for growth.. Micromanagement to the extreme!
