      Not too far from North Sydney station

      Cons

      Overall the work environment doesn’t feel safe. Jobs for mates when it comes to management. Lack of any direction. Churn and burn approach to staff. Drink the cool aid or you are out. Unable to service clients. Lots of in house drama. Values are just words and not adhered to.

      Good pay, good culture, nice office

      Cons

      - Huge staff turnover - If you bring them a client, they wont pay you your commission after you leave. - Alot of higher up people should not be where they and are only in their senior position as they were there at the right time. - Over worked

      Pros

      Do not work in there. They always change their procedures and rules, work environment is not good. No communication with employees. Nothing g clear. They do redundancy and hire new people.

      Do not ruin your career with this firm. They also mess up their clients works as well.
