Supportive staff and community Good commission on sales Great relationships with families and seniors Great networking with other retirement communities Great benefits and salary and perks

Cons

Work life balance is difficult but just need to manage your time. If you want a community to be successful you have to be available outside normal working hours but this was a plus or a pro for me
