Lovely Family Run Company to work for.

Pros

Great work / life balance. Very flexible regarding hours. WFH friendly. Incredibly understanding & helping with personal issues. Everyone helps each other and gets along. Great remuneration scheme.

Cons

Sometimes answers for specific questions can get a myriad of answers depending on who you ask. Not a great deal of team activities done outside of work for morale (I think this is trying to be increased though so take with a grain of salt). Some internal processes could be simplified / made more streamline.

I have never worked for a company that supports its employees as much as Retirement Line do, what ever is going on be it work or personal they will support you and help you through any troubled time. They are a family run business that treat each employee as part of the family. It is such a friendly environment to work in and a pleasure to come to work each day.

Cons

No cons with the job or management. Would be nice to do more team building exercises or team nights out to get to know other members of staff from other departments. With the business growing career development is limited currently but as the business continues to expand new opportunities will arise.

Pros

The management team is very supportive, flexible and understanding. It is a lovely family and happy environment to work in. We all have the same goal, which is to offer the best customer service that we can. Everyone is willing to help out each other. The little things make a difference, such as fresh fruit provided every week. Tea, coffee and milk on contestant supply.

Cons

I would like more team building events so that relationships can be built with all employees across the business. Would like to see the company to be part of Investors in People scheme, which I feel would allow any career opportunity to progress if possible.
