Pros

It's difficult to come up with any real 'pros'. For the effort the job required, the pay was okay. Benefits did improve but were expensive, especially for dependent coverage.

Cons

Absentee and completely disengaged upper management. Employees generally disrespected. Management would rather wholesale hire off the street than retrain and retain top flight employees. Several code of conduct policies ridiculous and inane. 'Doing the work right' was rarely a concern. Client base could be counted on one hand.

Pros

Good pay; good location; gained additional experience in business analyst position.

Cons

In all my years in the business world, I have never seen such horrible treatment of personnel in my life. Layoffs were done as if you were waiting on death row for an exec to come and tap your shoulder that you were next....Unless you were a friend of management, you had no ability to progress...NO communication with employees in regard to what options were going to be available in the future other than meetings that gave false hope and false promises.

Pros

The work itself was not too stressful.

Cons

At times the company seemed very unorganized.
