Instead of fostering a learning environment, mistakes are excessively tracked, creating a punitive atmosphere. This is a hostile working environment that is discriminatory and unwelcoming, particularly for individuals who do not fit into certain demographic profiles(Male and Afrikaans). Unprofessional Conduct by Management: Management is known for using aggressive tones, vulgar language, and showing a lack of respect towards employees. Management in this context are the founders and devs who are friends with the founder.
