      A fresh take on a 40 year success story

      Pros

      A truly collaborative environment where everyone is involved in the companies success. I almost typed 'from top to bottom' but in reality it's a 'side to side' thing here. New ownership has invested in people that create the culture and results to get to the next level but we all know it takes everyone and successes are called out and appreciated. Failures are learning experiences and 'opportunities for greatness'. Plenty of options for off-site and hybrid work depending on position.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has posed staffing challenges but some would consider that a good problem to have.
