Pros

For the most part, all employees were friends and I loved seeing them everyday. It was great to be surrounded by employees who work hard and have great ideas. It was inspiring.

Cons

President is so cheap. Will not pay employees what they are worth. Does not listen to employees concerns and take them seriously. Does not take criticism well. Only cares if employees are making her money. Does not care about employee work-life balance. Does not know how sales work and refuses to take feedback from lower employees seriously.

Irresponisible & Unethical HR Department, Sales & Management Team

Pros

Upbeat marketing department and opportunities in the marketing department to create and enhance the company's brand development efforts. Marketing Manager is enthusiastic about her department and the company.

Cons

Sales & HR departments lack values and morals including respect, trustworthiness, integrity, accountability and professionalism. Extremely malicious and untrustworthy. Management team is dysfunctional and highly micromanages other employees. Within 6 days, 3 employees were fired due to unethical reasoning. And within 2 months, about 6 employees left the company either by their own will or the company's will. Also, be prepared to work every holiday. The only day that is considered a holiday and that the company gives off to its employees is Christmas Day.

Great for Students and

Pros

Flexible schedule perfect for students. Pretty straightforward job once you get the hang of each station, it's pretty smooth. It's a combination of repetition with a hint of chaos from time to time. Cool perks here and there! For the most part, chill.

Cons

One of the stations is riding the elevator, and you will be there all day - obviously, excluding breaks and other activities. Sometimes you'll have someone to switch, but it's not a guarantee. At times it can be slow, and at others super busy. It's a lot of repetition, but there will be moments when you need to think fast and in the moment. Not a lot of room for moving up or increasing pay.
