Pros

You will get to work on lots of different technology.

Cons

Where to begin. I will start with the CEO. You can not trust him at all, he stands up in front of the company once a month says things will happen that never do. Most recently told us we were getting 50% of our bonus. not only did we not get 50% they went and took money from us, then followed up with a lame excuse as to why that was not a clawback from from the first half. The CEO also randomly yells at people for expressing opinions. They tell you we are not paid market rates because of our bonus and that is the total compensation but we have not got our full bonus in 3 years. The COO tries to rally the troops each month but that story is getting really old as nothing ever hits sales targets which then affect the whole company. Our CTO in a recent meeting tried to give a pep rally that felt like he was reading from cue cards while the terrorists where holding him hostage. No one believed a word he was saying. The CIO looks like he is burned out and barely holding on. The CFO has to be the worst speaker I have ever seen and nothing he says makes any sense to the rest of the employees. We have a new CPO and she keeps coming up with new policies and standards that all have the same tone. We are now going to pay you even less, make promotions harder and worth less. If you ask her a question you she shames you on not understanding something. Do not work here!!! Me and many of my coworkers are all looking for new jobs and this place will go down in flames over the next year. I do not know why the board has not replaced the CEO.

Pros

This place was fantastic when I joined and I was given chances to advance and get promoted. Too bad that’s all changed.

Cons

Lately there has been way too much change and nothing for the better in my opinion. Targets for promotions all changed just as some people were about to achieve them. Executive team lost key members and all in suspicious ways with supposed amicable departures. CEO lost his mind and now there is a viral video with him getting aggressive and losing his temper. This place is a disaster right now and I would not be surprised to see more key people leave soon. Pay is horrible and the CEO told the company no one will be paid what they are worth as it doesn’t help the company.

Pros

Benefits are affordable and the tech provided is top of the line. The other tenants in the office complex are very pleasant.

Cons

There are clearance bins at bargain department stores that are more organized than this company. The company prides itself on its transparency but the only transparent thing you will find at this company are the windows in their absolute fish bowl of an office. Duplicity is very commonplace and many employees seem to double as actors and actresses. They purport professionalism as a value but tolerate vulgarity and tobacco use in the workplace, and the executives consider jeans and a blazer "business professional attire." Aside from contradiction of their own values, they are woefully unprepared to onboard employees as they lack a functioning HR department.
