      Pros

      Getting to work with passionate entrepreneurs each day, seeing new products and technologies take shape, seeing the community come together to support growing businesses.

      Cons

      So many entrepreneurs, so little time. It's sometimes difficult to stay focused on the companies that have the best opportunity for success, because all entrepreneurs are passionate and excited about their company!

      Great team with strong experience and very diverse backgrounds. Everyone is very passionate about supporting startups and developing strong entrepreneurs.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for professional growth. The company is relatively small making it difficult to develop professionally.
