      Its a Start up so theres lots of variability.

      Pros

      Great team. 100% covered healthcare and HSA from the company. Flexible for schedules. Always snacks in the break room. Management is pretty open when you ask questions.

      Cons

      Low pay. Other benefits are okay. Low maternity and no paternity leave. Role is unclear. Controversial approach to picking the startups we work with. Not a ton of room for advancing.

      Pros

      There is a decent amount of variety in the job since clients vary so much by industry! Benefits are decent for a startup, but only if you are middle-upper management (sorry hourly employees, no health insurance, PTO, ect.). It was a nice job to save some money and go home at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Leadership is... lacking. There are a few great and knowledgeable people, (employees, leadership, and on the board) but for the most part, this is a very "exclusive" CEO who surrounds himself with people who will worship him and boost his ego. It is slightly shocking how little self awareness the Founders have, especially the CEO and CMO. After being here a year, the progress seems overhyped and results are very underwhelming. People are trying their best, but top talent leaves because there is little room for growth, and the talent that stays is mediocre in most departments and I think this is because of a lack of vision and high expectations for people. Just not an inspiring place to work. They try to make it inspiring, but then it turns into a church service.

      Pros

      Working at RevRoad gives you the opportunity to work with amazing coworkers, leaders, and tons of cool company founders. While there is technically some hierarchy (order is good), the leadership does an amazing job of empowering employees to feel like they can take ownership of projects and oversee them to completion. The venture services environment means that you're always working on something new and working in many different industries (from SaaS, to ag tech, to education).

      Cons

      Startup life means that there are sometimes last-minute projects and not tons of room for raises.
