      The benefits are pretty great, by most standards

      Cons

      There’s no place to go, no place to evolve. There a lot of chaos and no real leadership. I was told my a manager to simply “not think” about my anxiety.

      Interesting product, intelligent people, a way to get your foot in the door in the tech space.

      Cons

      A false sense of transparency, high turnover, unrealistic expectations for work-life balance. The other negative reviews sum up working here very accurately. If you are not willing to tell people what they want to hear and work an unreasonable number of hours, this is not the company for you.

      Favoritism and low growth opportunities

      Pros

      Learned about a niche market and met some great people.

      Cons

      Major favoritism takes place everyday. Not the healthiest work environment. Unless you are in that group of favorites you have to work 10x harder to gain trust and stand out. If you are not a suck up, don’t work here. Being different does not help you succeed at RevTrax. I was put down for having a different point of view on the most minuscule things. Unfortunately there was also no individual growth plan for promotion or raises, which made me feel very unappreciated. I saw a few really smart wonderful people leave RevTrax all for the same reasons.
