      Tricking people into thinking they are getting a good deal.

      Cons

      Job postings from this company are very misleading. There is no base salary, only a draw on your commission and you will be cold calling, knocking doors every day all day.

      Revamped Security is very honest and upfront about the pay structure as well as our expectations of all employees. To continue our growth we must hire new qualified representatives. While our company culture and beliefs do not align with everyone, many have found a great deal of success working with us.

      Pros

      I average about $8,000 a month here & maintain a good work/life balance which, is important to me. It's a pretty easy job. You drive around listening to music and work the list of warm leads they give you. It's not hard to get sales because the leads are targeted and not random. It's not normal door to door but more so a routed out list of selected homes in a zip code near where you live. You only have to come into the office 3 days a week at noon. The other days you go straight from your house into the field in the afternoon. It's routed out so that you don't have to drive far to get to your territory. I enjoy my pay, benefits, office environment, management & coworkers a lot. I've been here for over a year with no plans on leaving. :)

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any real cons. Stay positive and don't let one “no" ruin your day. It's sales. You have to be consistent with your positive mindset, it rubs off on potential clients.

      Absolutely nothing good to say.

      Cons

      1. They don't care for their employees 2. High turnover rate 3. It's a soliciting door to door sales job to sell ADT. 4. There is no HR department to take seriously. 5. You work irregular hours and Saturdays. 6. Job posting and role descriptions are extremely misleading. 7. Executive and upper management are dishonest and unsympathetic. (No work life balance at all.) 8. Stay away!
