RCM leadership from the leads up to the VP and CEO don't do anything. Lazy, refuse to train, refuse to take accountability, refuse to give directives....but they can sure yell when the clients fire us. There is a reason this company is bottom of the barrel in the RCM world and it starts at the top.
All management is new. No job security. Employees and clients are leaving. Using offshore company, untrained, lack of structure. I would never recommend anyone to work here.
