There isn't a traditional management hierarchy, so you won't have a "defined boss". We work as a community and a team, and we are all accountable to each other and the partners for the success of the organization. Reveal bills clients differently than traditional consulting firms, so there is no pressure or focus on "billable hours". This is a tremendous relief for those of us who have worked in the SAP consulting space.
