Pros

A company where Leadership actually cares about employees and once that’s constantly investing in employees. Value work life balance, hence unlimited PTO. Work is challenging and very rewarding. This is made easier by a great support network of true SAP integration advisors

Cons

Travel challenges from time to time

Pros

There isn't a traditional management hierarchy, so you won't have a "defined boss". We work as a community and a team, and we are all accountable to each other and the partners for the success of the organization. Reveal bills clients differently than traditional consulting firms, so there is no pressure or focus on "billable hours". This is a tremendous relief for those of us who have worked in the SAP consulting space. Reveal is extremely generous with unlimited PTO and 1 week of time off which is dedicated to giving back (volunteering) to your local community. Reveal fosters personal and professional development at every turn to keep us on the cutting edge of the SAP consulting industry.

Cons

Every company has its drawbacks, and Reveal is no different, but in my opinion, the "cons" are going to be specific to each person. For me, there can be issues with boundaries getting blurred when it comes to my role and responsibilities. We often have to wear several hats. Processes, like improvements to our methodology or content creation, can be very unstructured at times.

Pros

Working for Reveal has been a tremendous growth opportunity for me, both personally and professionally. The opportunity is limited only by my willingness to embrace it. I came in with lots of experience, but where I am now compared to when I joined a few years back is miles apart. This job makes you better. Being surrounded by smart and dedicated people…you can’t help but embrace a growth mindset. It is hard work, and not all unicorns and lollipops. But we make a major impact on our clients; real, tangible business value, and more importantly, reduce the human struggle for the people we work with. If you want the opportunity to level-up and make a huge impact on people and businesses, this is a great place to work.

Cons

Traveling roughly 50% depending on role can be a grind, but the work we do really requires sitting next to people at least part of the time. Being a small team, we don’t have a lot of excess capacity, so it can be intense. This not a sit at your desk and coast job. We drive a lot of change and you have to be comfortable drawing a line and saying “this is how you should do it.” That can be tough for someone coming from a traditional consulting mindset of gathering requirements and fixing what the client thinks needs to be fixed. We are advisors, we frequently have to lead clients to places they don’t realize they need to go. These may or may not be a cons for you. Some people thrive while others struggle with this mindset shift.
