Pros
Led by cofounders with deep experience in both the Data Observability space and success in prior startups. Product has excellent market fit and is poised to be an emerging leader in the space. It's a joy to represent a product that 'just works' and delivers immediate value to customers. Team is very agile and supportive across the organization.
Cons
Crowded space with some entrenched players. Always an execution risk at startups this size.

Pros
Work gets busy in spurts, but overall the balance with life outside of work is ideal for me. Great teammates who all are willing to help. If you want to be surrounded by some of the smartest people in data, and you want to push yourself, this is a great place.
Cons
The space changes fast and it can be hard to keep up with new developments but that also means more problems to solve
