      A Wonderful Place to Work

      Fantastic work environment Great communication throughout the company Great individual development/learning atmosphere Dynamic and adaptive work/life balance

      Cons

      Out of my previous contracting companies, this has been one of the smallest companies I have worked for. That being said, it has allowed for better personal connections and better hands on individual development. Some people may feel intimidated by a small "chain of command".
