      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      Honestly none. Don't work here if you value your sanity/pride.

      Cons

      Not sure what company all the other reviewers were working at but on the whole the company is terrible. The management team is not transparent about anything going on and so many people have left the company as a result of a poor working environment. In addition, there are a lot of trump supporters here so that might make people uncomfortable. Usually, people with good talent don't really work here because they opt for something closer to Boston.

      Great Company, Technology and People

      Pros

      A small but growing company with a set of interesting businesses make for an exciting work environment. The teams all work well cross-functionally and it seems as though across all job levels people have visibility to upper management (good opportunities to prove themselves and advance). Benefits, compensation and perks are all strong as well as the work-life balance which probably contributes to the overall employee satisfaction. Type of place where you will know everyone's name within the first two weeks.

      Cons

      So far so good, I haven't had any complaints or negative experiences here, seems to be the overall sentiment from what I see.
