Horrific culture

Terrible culture. Full of racism and sexism. On top of that, there is an absolute disregard for employee well-being. During my time here, they forced us and a pregnant lady to come into the office during COVID even though the Government of Ontario ordered a full lockdown. If anyone dared to speak up, they'd get barraged with verbal insults. Finally, we everyone in the office consistently worked until 11pm everyday, including weekends.

Revenue Management Labs Inc., as an integral part of its corporate responsibility and reputation, has always abided and strictly conformed to all statutory regulations and guidelines especially those applicable during COVID. There were no employees and certainly no pregnant lady working in our office during the Ontario Government full lockdown. Our recruitment process and management practices predominantly focus on competencies rather than race, gender, sexual orientation etc. This results in a diverse, highly capable team of employees which can be easily verified by checking our website (“about us –> our team” page) or visiting our office. The nature and success of our business entails and is dependent on working in teams, open communication, accountability, meritocracy, and respect for each other. We work hard, play hard and enjoy the corresponding rewards as evidenced by the development and success of our employees and the growth of the Company over the last six years (featured in the Globe and Mail Report on Business in the last two years as one of Canada’s Top 400 Growing Companies).

Quick learning opportunities, friendly team

Cons

Terrible culture, one of the female managers was a bully, extremely toxic so much so people have resigned within in a day. You get your laptop setup in first hour on first day and the next hour you’ll be working on a project with deadline end of the day. Working until 11pm is quite usual and expected. Partner usually don’t understand or care about their company culture. It’s ironic a strategy company needs to work on its own team strategy.
