Pros

You will appreciate therapy more.

Cons

The work environment is highly unpredictable, with frequent shifts in priorities and a lack of clear direction. Employees are often expected to drop everything at a moment’s notice, only to be questioned later about why their own tasks weren’t completed. The level of oversight is excessive, and the overall culture leans heavily toward stress rather than support or growth. If you’re interviewing, consider asking: • How turnover rates compare across departments. • How scheduling and shift bidding work in practice. • How leadership models professionalism in client interactions. • What a typical day looks like for someone in your role, including communication expectations. This is a fast-paced workplace, but the challenge comes more from inconsistent management than from the nature of the work itself.

Some of the best people I've ever worked with

Pros

I feel incredibly fortunate that I got to work with this team for the time that I did. The Caliber of everyone here is Gold: passionate and mission driven, loving, and genuinely supportive all around. Big hearts, big brains, big work ethic. It's common to "like people at work," but it is rare to genuinely love every person you work with as i have here. Having a rewarding work/life harmony, whatever that looks like for you, as well as a peaceful and healthy lifestyle, contribute significantly to the success here. I would call them the olympic sprinters of business this size, & athletes genuinely need rejuvenating lifestyles to be able to give 100% during the sport. Additionally, most people in the general workforce exclusively lean into a doer mindset, a builder mindset, or a leader mindset while working. When applicable, employing and traversing all 3 of these mindsets will bring the most success here - as well as kind and consistent collaboration. Versatility, willingness, follow through, and collaboration go a long way; This team has tremendous aptitude in all of these areas. They're incredibly talented individuals and working with them has been a privilege.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at the moment.

Pros

- Work-life balance - Benefits - Team communication - Team and leadership support - Room for growth - Everyone wants you to succeed - You get to work with clients from around the world! - Smaller company where everyone knows everyone by name - Hybrid working environment for those near the office - great way to stay in contact with team members and strengthen your professional relationship

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but processes can change from time to time. It can feel like information overload but give yourself time and ask questions and you will succeed! The team always has your back.
