Big ideas, nz owned (by spark), good sales people, good Datacenter (PRT and ART).

Cons

Overloaded and too busy. Can't hire enough staff due to spark blocking the hiring.

Hired to support their public cloud imitative, however the company had no clue about public cloud and would rather sell it's private cloud solution.
