Pros

Pros is just that you get your salary atleast!

Cons

Where to start from!! Firstly you are never given a proper training for anything but you are expected to work at per with the senior employees who are working there for 2-3 years.Inspite of it being a product based company the environment is extremely closed and new employees never feel comfortable, senior employees leave no space for new employees to settle and get along. (Especially never join the translation services team - personal experience). They tell you of all sorts of big words regarding open culture and ask for feedbacks from employees for the managers and senior employees but this is really a hoax and don't fall in that trap as they really are not bothered even one bit as to what is actually going on and least interested to know. Your confirmation and whether you are going to stay in this company will depend on your senior colleagues who simply demand buttering all the time and not on the management and hr and if you ever raise your voice against all this politics that happens within, you will get escalated and put in warning period and handed a warning letter. Hr services, managers all are linked to one another and you will feel like being trapped all the time. Hr doesn't even know proper english and how to communicate in english. I was in translation services and my work was scrutinized in such a manner by the senior colleagues as if they are not translators but any professor who has been given to review my work! Donot have a proper tool to work on, gets errors all the time! Company location is another story altogether, you will not get any cabs at the company gate and whenever you put the location they will ask you to cross the road or they will, definitely cancel. Even you will not be able to use the bathroom at peace, there also you will be monitored. Regarding the company agenda its another flop concept in today's world, they will tell you all sorts of big client names and government projects but please donot fool yourself! Please beware!

Pros

You get salary on time. That's it folks.

Cons

Well, where do I start? you're hired and they'll tell you all fancy buzz words about 'innovation', 'changing the landscape of internet', 'competing with google' bla bla. Now you join, and guess what? immediately you're expected to give same output as someone who's working there for years; without any proper knowledge transfer, process or anything. No session on architecture, no brain-storming but you're definitely expected to know everything from scratch. oh did I forget to tell you? you can't even take your own time to learn, cause it has a 'critical' deadline. All in all, you'll hear everyday how you're not performing 'as expected'. Manager/Lead will always try to make a soft target out of you, since they've to save their job. Few months later, you might hear that company is not making any profit and you've to leave.
