- Stability of a big company with the agility of a startup - Working on innovative and useful products for 70M active users (competing with GAFA) - Visionary founder who revolutionized the translation market (first online translator in the world, first document translator, amazing AI-powered context translator, etc.) - Getting regular feedback from the founder and the team allows for short learning cycles - Culture of sharing best practices and constructive criticism - Reverso is the most "educational" translator and has a great social impact which is important to me - Not impacted by Covid and offers security - Plenty of responsibility and autonomy

- Multinational team and not a lot of people at the French office - The office is at Neuilly
